Your jail time is based off of previous warns for that reason (ex. glitching, racism, hacking, etc). So that means you glitch a lot. Anyway if you think it was a bug or a pointless reason, support.toonslab.com. As we here are helpless and on the sidelines, toonslab looks over every ticket and will release you if you're found innocent and email you back but if the investigation concludes that you are guilty you aren't likely to recieve a response.
