It about the time! When you want to go somewhere that far away like you on the top of map but u want to go the the southside but it take a long time to go.But! If Taxi driver can help you! (like in graal classic when grab the ballon) you can find people saying taxis all the time all over Era . Maybe it cost you for 10$ to travel! (I got this idea when i found a NPC that stay near taxi car )

First of all, not free for VIP, they get enough stuff. I don't see much use. It doesn't take long anyway if you drive.
