And... I sent it, good luck to everyone. In the first page Vera said "(hat, melee)" so I'm thinking on sticking to just a hat and a melee would be a good idea.

I wonder if everybody did a Santa hat?

Where may I find the standard hat template? One that shows the max dimensions a hat can be? Thanks! It's been a while....

Hey hey
So as a few are facing issues with melee templates, I decided to show some of my melee templates I made for past shops.
Actually it isn't too hard.
Building nice melee sprites is a thing I love doing on Era.
That's one Thing that fascinates me about Era Graphics. Apart from those 8 Rotation angles, you can always add a nice idle gani
Or keep it simple haha , it doesn't need to arranged as shown above.. as long as you decently separate the frames from each other, it should be no issue
In order to sum it up:
1. You need 8 Rotation angles (0°/45°/90°/135°/180°/225°/270°/315°)
I usually tend to provide a flipped view too so Ganis have more to Chose from, but if your melee is sorta symetric you don't need to.
2. Make sure that you can imaginary draw a rectangle arround them (like: you'd select them with your mouse) and make sure those rectangles don't cross each others.
If you aren't sure, just leave a few Pixels more space between the frames.
3. There's no specific size how large the template has to be. Just make sure your melee isn't too small or too huge for your graalian.
If you have furhter questions, ask them on here or shot a dm
Are guns allowed ?
