I've used Medibang, sometimes GIMP, and also I used to use getpaint. But a computer won't be available to me until it's fixed

Well I did something nice, but I couldn't make a cool "effect" since I'm on mobile and there's no transparent color it would've been so cool

Well bruh i suggest this new app pixel studio i find it easier to use than isopix this is where i make some of my gfx when im in a mobile u can also make gifs with this app

Is there a template for melee?

There are no templates for melees, place the melees however you'd like.

However, you have to keep distance between the sprites to avoid gani problems.
Try making a square around each melee and see if they collide.
