actually, there’s an medibang app for phones and stuff. i use it to edit xd it’s called Medibang PaintI've used Medibang, sometimes GIMP, and also I used to use getpaint. But a computer won't be available to me until it's fixed

i did do gif before on mobile from a video and it works but could get glitched?(atleast for me) there’s a yt video that show how to do gif on mobile kinda same as pc tbh
