He is talking about SuperRewards. Superrewards is a way of getting free Gelats(Era Pc currency) instead of buying them to purchase a gold membership.
Good for me I have a classic account which means I never have to buy a gold membership. I have if for life..
Just clearing up what superrewards is, sometimes it doesn't work but it sometimes it does...

Super rewards doesn't work. I did surveys and earned 300 gelats but I never got them so Stefan ended up giving me half of that
