Check This Dude out Straight Exploiting some sort of cheat on his new/noob account.

I tried my best to shoot direct shots at him, but no bullet register at all.

Hey, yeah, unfortunately this does happen from time to time. We can't do anything about it here though, all we can do is report it in game so an online staff member can handle it.
