It allows players to shoot from a vehicle as the image shows:

This would be very funny because that way we could attack like hit men
and shoot while another leads, towards any direction.
We could go to public places where there are PK and kill many people with a vehicle and the weapon in the back and also participate in epic persecutions.
And so we could tour the city shooting everyone from a vehicle like rambo:

If a chemical gun got into a vehicle and had the ability to shoot... That will be the day I quit Era.
I have a hard time grasping this as this will negate vital stats to keep the gun balanced. It would only make sense that weapons would have to be heavily re-balanced while in a vehicle. Very nice idea but a very hard idea to implement as well.

They don't have to balance every guns whilst in a car, that'll be too much of a work. But limiting what guns they can use on car is something that can be done with less work

What he means is the passenger of the car is invincible and the only one that actually takes damage is the driver. At least that's what I'm going to assume he's saying.

The passenger of the car does not take damage until the driver dies. Once the driver dies, it will kick out the passenger automatically. The driver can still drive yes but, they have to re-invite the passenger.
