Add a control scaling option for zoom

Hey so recently I upgraded my phone from a galaxy s7 to a note 9 and i noticed that the zoomed out mode on the note 9 is significantly more than the s7. I have talked to other players about that, and other phones are also different. So basically right now different phones zoom out more than others, which isn't very fair or ideal especially if you can't control it. I think adding a scaling bar where we can control the zoom would be a much needed addition to the game that I don't think would be super difficult to add.

As I understand it, the screen size coding is a complete mess. It's extremely difficult to test unless our developers have every single device out there, which is definitely not going to happen. With each phone having different sizes and screen shapes and all that fun stuff, it can get really difficult to keep track of everything. If there's an issue with any certain device, might be worth talking to a developer about it to see if it can be all worked out
