There are a fix amount of exotic coins to get from gifts. After that it is redundantly not possible to gain any more. If you didnt get one from presents opened the first day you could open them, then all the other tryhards already got them.

They went for more this year; someone apparently traded an exotic coin for a Blaze Katana, and Blaze Katanas usually go for around 700-800k tro or even more.
