I mean, I guess it's good if its one of your first levels. If i wasn't currently on the forums on my iphone right now, I would tell you some things you could fix to make it better

I like the idea of gang house on water and for a first level it's really good there's some errors but they are easy to fix continue practicing

I can't really point out everything, but one thing i have to say is that the windows don't really seem in a natural position you would see windows at

Maybe move the island to the right so you slide right down in front of both seats
