I think there may be a bug. I like the look to it, I just saw it on facebook but I don't know if it's in the same layout 'cause on the facebook version some members are cut out of the frame and I couldn't leave the screen at some point so I had to relog.

We do listen to constructive player feedback as long as it it helps improve the game. The gangs no longer lag which was a pretty big issue for a few months.

Imask optimized the gangs and they no longer crash or lag the server which has been an issue since late 2018

If you mean in the game, few but very few times they will listen to you, in the forums, sometimes.
For me you are right.

I think gang member viewing could benefit from going back to a more compact layout like before. I really did not like having to scroll to see everyone, but seeing everyone's ranks were definitely a plus. Perhaps consider having the old layout with a button toggle to change where everyone's names are written to their ranks. I don't feel like really drawing it out but something like...

Default view:

*Player name*

Rank view:

[Head]
*Rank* *Title*


Also, the ranks could definitely be cut down to save text space:
"Leader of gang" ---> [L]
"[G-RANK_5]" ---> [5]
....
"(none)" ---> [0]
