    Tax the ticket reviewer for every ticket delay

    If tickets are not reviewed within 3 working days, the ticket reviewer will be taxed $5000 gralats from their player account.

    Hopefully this will improve the current situation.
    A TAX DOES THE BEST ATTACKS ON UNFAIRNESS.

    Mostly high staffs are handling the tickets, I don't think they will consider having this system to sacrifice their real life stuffs.
