For the achievement first make sure your forum account email is the same as the email you used to identify your account in-game. In Era, go into the Era Fashion building at Start Park and grab the Jeni NPC for the Supreme Chatter Monkey achievement and 1 Event Coin. You can also grab Bravo's NPC for the Era-Go sign too.
