As far as I know it has not been released again. I believe there was just a Christmas Voyd for 2018.

Not sure how many there are in game but rare objects for Xmas usually go to 25 available in game.

Yes! It has a rainbow gif and particle, they are also non tradable.
Christmas Void knife was gifted to 25 people, not including many staff members that were awarded the item
