I would suggest they make a small area around each trash/shroom no-pk zone. This is so that access to resources is based on firstcome first served basis so that the gun you own wont matter in the access to resources. If not pros will just kill the weaker players and take their trash.

Start park and other few areas are non pk zones, trash and mushrooms spawn there

There is no redistribution here. Meritocracy is still upheld here because every player will have to put in the same amount of effort to work, just that now the same effort reaps similar gains as your guns will not determine if you get the resources.

Geez, what comes to mind in my mind was some day where I was trolling lots of people desguised as a noob, everyone came to me trying to get kills, instead I was the one killing them lol.
