Ever since the weapon damage buff changes Era has become a much more fast paced game in terms of gunplay. While the original goal of this was to balance spammy guns and allow more skill, the results have been quite the opposite. The BAR is a perfect example of a gun that is too overtuned as a result of these changes. Not only does it have a faster fire rate which automatically makes it better than most guns, it has above average freeze, good spread, and high damage. While most other guns excel in one area (shipka with reload speed and firerate), the BAR is too strong in TOO MANY areas, making it unhealthy for the game.

That brings us to today's subject, finding ways to compensate and tweak the BAR so that it still remains powerful without taking too much away, resulting in a much more skill expressive, balanced, and healthy game.

One suggestion would be to slightly touch on the freeze rate of the bar, raising it slightly to balance it's high rate of fire.

Conversely , the fire rate could be slightly lowered while also lowering it's freeze which would allow for more fluid moment but less spam.

Another option could be leaving the freeze and rate of fire as they are, but creating a more vulnerable window of opportunity by adjusting the bullet capacity and reload timing of the BAR. By increasing the reload timing of the BAR, it allows for longer trade windows. To make up for this, it's ammo capacity can be raised to allow BAR users to also stay in the fight longer.
