Hi,

I am making another thread regarding to me being locked out of my account. My email was deleted and not in service and i really didn't have any control over that. And my email can not be retrieved from my email provider. I did send a ticket to Era-Go Staff and they said they couldn't help, nor GraalOnline Staff. I do know this function is possible but requires higher management to do; in fact Snk and Vendhin said it was possible to do. He would just need to verify that the email was not in use which it isn't anymore (Picture Here!). I am aware that neither of them are Managers/Staff anymore but this is a case for higher management. how can i higher management without going to staff in the lower staff chain of command? Its been a few years to get this resolved the possible way...

*I am 110% the owner of this account and the proof shows, sending me to toonslab or graalonline won't help, i personally need direct assistance from higher staff management please!
