if snk added this ability a lot of people will complain about some one scammed their item .
for example someone offered you 50$ iTunes for bar and said you first, now you gave him the bar and he didn't pay you.
what am trying to say is you cant trust in this.

But it would be the admin thattransferred, so they could transfer back from the 'scammers' acc onto yours.

Not necessarily, scammers have a way of hiding or disposing of stolen inventory quite quickly. In any event, the only things that can be transferred or merged are accounts from one device to another with the same validated owner. There is no transferring or gifting of undroppable items or ec's permitted.
eh, make all auction items (except guns) tradeable.
