lag spikes problem

hi, i started to have the famous lag spkies probmlem(screen freeze) that last 3 seconds (which those seconds can be a huge disavantage when i pvp or picking up mushromd or trash), i wanna know if there's any solution to this proeblm, if it's just my phone or if it is the server, thnkks :-)

Screen freezes aren't related to the server, it's unfortunately related to your device. One useful I can give you, try turning off your GIF animations and nicknames if you have them enabled. It really helps. Also, if you are using an Android device, it'll probably lag more than iOS or PC.

i already have those options turned off, also i have the reduce effects one, but no difference. i'm alwats at vet speedy pizza 12.5k room 24/7 so overpopulation of the levels would be a reason too? and yeah, i have an android device anyways thnkks

screen freezes may be fixed/lessened by reinstalling the game (atleast for me)
