Account lost

I was a Era player on through the platform Facebook.
Recently wanted to get back to it with some friends but my save is gone.
I'm using the same Facebook account I used years ago but I didn't have my save.
What can I do to find back my save?
I tried account identify but it didn't find any.
I have my Era user id through Facebook, not sure if it helps.

Edit: Same thing happened to other games, Classic, Zone, etc.
