Instead of a warning, can we insta ban players who tell other players to do self-harm

Whom I reported told me to end myself when I'm just near the large guy of me saying "I have killed 350 players in a row!!" and he keeps saying I should die.

It always happens when I get a large streak and I go to Start Park to see my progress because I am proud of myself accomplishing the impossible.
