    i don't get mail to approve the use of the account

    Hello,
    I have problem with logging in on my account. When I send a approve the use of the account from this device or browser, I don't get message on my mail from GraalOnline Allow Device or Computer Request.
    What is problem? I tried several times and it doesn't work.

    Make sure you don’t have Graalonline’s email on your ignore list. Also Check your spam inbox. It might be there. If you still cant see a confirmation regarding your log-in request, send a support ticket to toonslab. Here’s the link= https://support.toonslab.com/
