I got nothing out of 300 gifts. The only good things I got were two milestone hats.

Out of the roughly 1,400 presents I opened, I got:
Christmas Shrouded Edge, Arcade pistols, Frosty rifle, Magma blaster, Gold HK416, 2 Lightning blades, 18 EC, and lots of common items.
