eek if its an email issue like that it would be best to contact your email provider and ask assistance from there and if you dont feel that your era account is secured then you can request for an email change.

(you can usually request from password changes if you have other connected medias to your email to confirm your identity if that helps)

Log-in your email then just click on forget password or remember password whichever it is they have to help with email claiming

yea I already did but he changed everything hotmail and phone number that's why Ican't send a reset password request to recover my acc, I only have my facebook acc, but I can't play era on it anymore

No its fine don't worry the same issue happened to my brother, his gmail account got deleted and he got a new phone and can't verify he told a SPR and the SPR told him to submit a ticket to toonslab with a new email that you want your account in then they will take ur old account and added to your new gmail account, don't worry if my brother got his account back so can you!
