What is the GST?

The GST is a yearly gang spar tournament held on Graal Era and consists of one-on-one battles between 12 gangs.
Each gang has 12 members (and is allowed up to four substitute members in the case of one of the members being unavailable).

Each gang progresses through predefined brackets, and fights against competing gangs; when one gang remains, they are crowned the winners of the gang spar tournament and receive a variety of prizes (although there are rewards for lower-placed gangs too!).

How do I participate?

To participate in the GST, you need to qualify by playing Base Battle and Gang Spar (both located within the Multiplex), as only the most skilled gangs can compete. The top 2 basing gangs will also qualify, so rack up those basing hours during the qualifiers!

Qualifications this year will consist of the following:
- The top four gangs from last year automatically qualify.
- MPX Gang Spar and MPX Base Battle are the two primary ways to qualify, play these during qualifiers!
- The gangs with the top three scores in Base Battle and MPX Gang Spar by the end of qualifiers will participate in the GST. (Three qualification slots for MPX GS, three qualification slots for MPX Base Battle).
- The top two basing gangs will also qualify for GST. This will go by how many basing hours they earn during the qualification period.

When do qualifiers start, and how long do they run for?

Qualifiers will start on Saturday, August 12th at noon EST!
Qualifiers will be running until Saturday, August 19th at noon EST!

When is the GST?

The exact date of the Gang Spar Tournament is yet to be decided, but expect an update soon!

What are the rewards?

1st: 1st place trophy, Custom Hat (protects against gas), GST Champion MPX gun skin in your gang colors, GST Champion melee weapon in your gang colors, GST Champion gang spar hideout level, 45 EC extra for each member.
2nd: 2nd place trophy, Custom Hat (protects against gas), 35 EC extra for each member.
3rd: 3rd place trophy, 30 EC extra for each member.

Per Round: 5 EC per round participated.

Participation Rules

The breach of any of the below rules can result in the respective team being disqualified from the GST:

1. Only accounts with 500 hours or more may participate. This is to prevent banned players from playing on alternate/new accounts.
2. Banned players cannot participate (on any account).
3. VPNs are not allowed - either during qualifiers OR during the GST itself. We can check if a VPN connection is being used - so be wary about this.
4. Any form of glitching or hacking which provides a form of competitive advantage, either during qualifiers or the GST itself will result in an instant full team disqualification.
5. Players cannot participate in the GST for more than one team.
6. Gangs cannot qualify more than once (e.g. using alternate tags)
