Hey, I fixed your file for ya. Bodies and Heads in Era can't have 100% white or 100% black used in them. I fixed the black and whites and made a transparency. When sending it in to era don't check the transparency check box because it already has one.

I can index and reupload on Wednesday. I put a link on a simple video on how to index with gimp. If you have a body with extra colors that you don't want to change add them to the end of your pallet.
