How is it that i have killed over 400 Robg Hat thingies but i never got 1 hat, and i see a 30min noob, ks one robg hat monster and he gets the hat ._. Is there a percentage/chance you get the hat, or do you have to kill a certain amount?

It's probably by chance. It requires a lot of luck to get 1 hat from an enemy.
