I feel as if your colors clash with eachother, I suggest correlating colors. Also, add some variety in your level shapes. Instead of making it a square.

Dimitri, your levels are poor in NPCs.. Only door and windows..add lamps...somethings on counter like papers, pc...also,put a camera on the wall...continue practicing
