Maybe not a bullet proof vest , but a Specific body cost around 25k that has a certain armor effect, such as 5%-10% chance to block bullets, or a body that negates knock-back, a juggernaut suit but it decreases speed the same as if you were hit by bee knife...I have other ideas also.

Well I agree with you a bit less expensive and not able to do all of those ability's maybe different vest that can do different stuff and you cant wear multiple vests .
