Dual water guns Im pretty sure it has a faster fire rate. Also has another bullet so it can hit more than 1 target

Dual Water Pistols beats the water gun in every way except for the pricing. Both deal the same amount of damage but the dual water pistols has slightly more rate of fire and fires 2 bullets per shot. The bullets (well in this case - water) is fired in center and on the left side of your character. Allowing slightly easier adaption to any part of the area within a spar arena. Facing a left handed gun would mean that you are slightly advantageous at the top right and lower left.

The only main difference between the water gun and the single water pistol (in terms of stats) would be that the water gun is fired from the left side of your character. Making it a standard combat style weapon. So if you found yourself at the top left while facing a left handed user, you wouldn't have much of a disadvantage compared to the single water pistol where it only fires in the middle of your character.

Either way, single water pistol vs water gun is quite balanced. The only problem is that buying an extra water pistol would mean upgrading it. Leaving the water gun to a lower rank compared to dual water pistols. Dual wielding water guns(water rifles) would be impossible. Making water pistols more of a popular choice.
