We do know of device driver issues with certain android devices that make it look like speed hacking
But it's not "hacking". It's the device/firmware acting weirdly with era.
There's not a lot we can do about that particular exploit

I've seen a person at Lethal Securities who not only had a speed hack, she was able to break the fire rate cap on her Morano Thompson making her nearly impossible to kill.
