So aren't Player Relations team suppose to moderate the era community and look for other players rule breaking?And first of all i kinda disagree with mystic cause most of them barley help. Some of them are not even responsible
and i see tons of people quitting because they think its "ruinned"

What did I say that you disagreed with? This is a new thread. And I don't like that players blame staff for others quitting. I've been a player since 2011, and usually when I reported people I either didn't get help or didn't see them. Doesn't mean they aren't there. Just because you think they don't do their job doesn't give you a reason to quit. They aren't hurting your gameplay, you quitting was your decision, they had no impact on it. You have to remember that this is the internet and there will always be rude people out there.
