Basicly knock on a door and if its your npc who shows up then you should get the achievement.
Do we ever get a chance for our Npc to show up :/

yes your npc should show up, its based on luck, but it will come up.

Yeah I also finally got enough EC for a hunter for basing and pk.
There's also Trick Or Treat (2013) achieve/ 500 knocks.
