I noticed that there are just few people interested in gang spar even though an admin will broadcast it. How about if there will be a prize like a hat to the 1st - 50th gang in the gs list? A hat that can be grabbed when your gang is in top 50th and when you lose your spot the hat will disappear. This will make players be interested in joining the arena of gs. Hope this suggestion helps.

you just want the hat because Soul Society boosted it's way to number 1, if 50 gangs get a hat then it won't make people interested in gang sparring. It'll just interest them in boosting up their score or joining gangs they'll never set tag on.
