Where are some secret car shops? I see some super cool cars but can never find them

No secret ones that I am aware of...I know the Ferrari dealership is in Southridge, Layerd's panda car is by the box factory in Northridge, police cars are sold at the Police Station in Southridge and there is a dealership down to the west past the Dairy Hut (I think) in Northridge. Can't recall exactly where taxi's are sold but I doubt that is what you are referring to as super cool Purely going off memory, my apologies if this isn't accurate.

Taxis are sold under lethal securities if i remember well ^^ there's a house, enter the garage and you'll find Snake Rekon's NPC there, selling them.
