Animation For The Gang Hat

Here is Navy gang hat. My gimp messes up when I make animatons so I would like someone else to animate it. I want the wings to have a nice burning animation. Please make sure that its done accurate and has no offset pixels. Make 3 layers of the flames going up and 3 layers of going down, and then repeating over and over. First layer is done. You dont have to follow the exact rules, just make it look like a burning fire k. Also take care of the background pixels which have no way out. I mean the background pixels between the wing and the flames. Best animator will be rewarded =D
