Harrasment is a serious thing. Why doesnt our staff help?

I saw your initial complaint and as I told you moved it for PRA investigation review/response. Posting it again publicly does not make this process go faster nor is it accurate to say staff aren't addressing your issue.

They'll always reply and work on it if you're sending it in Letter to staff. Just remember to put it in a category as sometimes they will move it to sort the many other questions they encounter to avoid clutter. If you aren't sure where it is go to your profile and view your history to find your thread and post.

Yes thank you Ventus, you can always go to your profile to see you last posts and will be redirected to the new location if it is moved. It shouldn't take too long but these issues are referred to PRA's so it is a matter of when they are able to log in and research/reply to any comoplaints.
