Why so much lag.

It could be server lag. This lag has been happening once in awhile. Whether it could be server optimization process, something being tested. Who knows. It shouldn't be lagging for more than a day or 2.

Also there is different types of lag. Frame rate lag and server/Internet lag.

Frame rate lag is often caused from crowded areas or many objects on the screen at once. Your device's performance speed depends on this.

Sever/Internet lag happens when you are vulnerable to getting knifed or players are warping around the place. It's when your game is sending info to the server based on your location, hitting an enemy, etc.

Yea it's definetly server lag for me. I keep getting disconnected every once in awhile and I'm not even in a crowded area :P. Players run in place for like 10 seconds then I get disconnected. I have to enter and exit the app 2 times just to get back on.

To make sure that you are not lagging, (by Internet lag) try using pingtest. If you get a really low ping ms, then you should be ok. It then means era is suffering from server lag and that your Internet speed isn't the cause of lag.
