hihihi!yesterday like in the evening i uploaded a donut costume..yeah i really didnt know that thats why illegal,im srry again.i cant wear this costume cause it diesnt want to appear-i aaked some online PR stuff.I pmed:Lollo,John,Bravo,Gunner,RedBoy,Layerd when they were online but nobody answered,ok,ty thrn Drizzly answered.He said to talk with high stuff...un Snk never inline when do i,Snake Rekon was on like 23 days ago..HomlessWitch never answer.1-st question:who are hugb pr members-any way i see admins only are new&cant do anything!Any way problem doesnt in this..XENA* helped me he refounded it BUT he said like thats was illegal so it's only 5k for it-not 10k!isnt that my problrm that some lazy&new pr stuff accepted my illegal upload-and now its my fault?

Well when you upload, you have a half an hour (As far as I know) to get a full refund. Once you exceed that, it goes to half a refund.

Well there is a place in the "News" building at spawn that shows all illegal uploads, and all legal uploads. I cant help you if you need a refund. Youll have to ask an admin.
