Yeah this is true, creativity plays a major role.
That being said, you have to realize it's much much more than just graphics. There are also gani, and most difficult of all, there are the scripts.
And a side note, just because you suggested something a year ago doesn't mean that this specific item was a direct result of it. It could just be coincidence and someone else may have thought of it after you.
