To be honest i am not getting the help i want here. Its basically that letter to staff i useless no admin even bother to help me solve my problems. where are the hired moderators? do yoh works goddamn it

You need to be patient, not every staff member can deal with your issue. Furthermore, you were being helped, or at least explained to. Just be patient and wait for another response.
