Boring bases

I think that bases that don't get that much action like gz and pz (emmies already has one) or ones where you don't get paid much should have a way to make money like emmies has the mines pz a sand pit and gz a sand pit or mine area to maybe. Because being a baser just doesn't pay good at all so this might help. Another improvements feel free to add.
