The stack damage is the ONLY reason why it cost so much, I believe it should be old way(8damage, stacked) but this time it should have a increased freeze rate, low though

8 damage stacked? 8X4= 32, 32X2=64 so 2 shots a kill?
Or do you mean 2X4=8?

The New Pbp Actually Shoots Through Lethal Roof On Left And Right but old dont - but old seems a lil bit faster to me .
