    Account Identification

    if someone forgot the passwords of his/her account, cant he/she change the identified email?

    I don't think it's allowed to change your email.
    What you can do is always log into your email even if you don't use it rarely to prevent it from being deleted automatically.
    Or another way- do it like me. I record down my email and pass on notes in case I forgot them.
    But however staffs can only find your main acc with attach IP and transfer them to your other lost account.

    this did not happen to me; a friend of mine wants to transfer to a new device yet he forgot his email password. i guess he aint got no way :/

    There is a way if he knows his old account name.
    Then he can either contact a staff here that does accounting issues to help your friend.

    I think that whenever someone newly identifies his/her acc, he/she must put a security question; this would be really helpful, won't it?

    If you lose an email you can apply for an email transfer.
    However, many free email providers don't delete email accounts. Just remember your details lol
