Also bar was originally sold for 250k price got dropped to 200k a little while after.

Well sorry. I only saw it in auctions. I didn't really saw it in a shop at all since I started 2010
Stack damage is how many bullets can kill you instantly and you can't shoot or damage the opponent back unless you use a melee.
Eg: PBP, flamethrower, etc.
PBP 4 bullets with spam can shoot you making you lose quite a lot of health and you can't shoot that player back so that is stack damage.
But bar was always cost 200 k. There time that was really big price.

Hit timer:
It's like how people can take no damage when their shot at.
Example: a PBP user shot you and you couldn't take dmg to him. That is hit timer around the area.
No hit timer:
It's like underground spar and bases(spar complex have no hit timer).
Every shot that hits you in no hit timer areas will deal you dmg.
You cannot "eat" in a no hit timer area. It was never true if you saw someone saying 'wow eater', it's all just random crap made.
like pk areas and no pk areas?
