why are presents from others not working

Um presents are working fine, their was no problem when I opened mines.

The problem is that you can not open presents you bought yourself THEY CAN BE ONLY GIFTED XD so basically you can't use them unless someone gifted them to you :P

Mr.Mar is right. you need to be gifted from a friend or player. if you buy it for yourself it won't work.

i got them from someone else from trading table and they dont open

they won't work also because they need to DROP it to you not trade it. trading it is like buyin it.
