I have a few questions about the Librarian Staff.
1.) Does it do a spinning / deflecting action?
2.) Can it be put on your back?
3.) Does it heal? It would be cool if it did.
4.) Is it any better than a Candy Staff.

1. Yes it spins, it doesn't deflect bullets though.
2.Yes
3.No it doesn't heal
4.Obviously yes dealing 8 damage and having knockback.
Number 3 made my mind go crazy.
A 28ec melee shouldn't heal for its cost.

I am 22-35 for Katana, but after that I am not gonna try to get ec, but if I ever get enough for. Librarian, ill get it.
OreO's, It can't go on back or spin...
I personally wouldn't get it.
