To remove a -rep, contact Jeni or any webmasters.
The amount of rep and -rep you got depends on what you wrote.
You can ask any forum admins to remove a insolent rep based on what it's stated(reason).

If you don't say stupid things you won't get neg rep. It stops people getting loads of rep while annoying everyone apart from a few who keep plus repping them.

1. "Idiot"
2. "I'm going to neg rep you for being a retard"
1. Was for asking for picture proof of a staff complaint
2. Was for bumping a thread.
