Trading idea

Idk what sub forum to put this in, so I just put it here ^.^
Ok this may seem like a really retarded idea but, it could spark an idea so someone can branch off of this idea.
Ok, so here it is. There should be certain days that certain things are tradable. Like as an example, on certain days you can trade guns or something that you cannot currently trade.
But this isn't on a routine schedule, it is like auctions used to be, they appear randomly from a staff mass message.
What are your thoughts on this?

That is why I put it out there, because I just wanted some feedback, I didn't expect it to be implemented in the game.
